Sebastian is a very sweet boy who came into the shelter as a puppy when we first opened back in September of last year with his brother.   His brother got adopted but Sebastian is still awaiting a forever home.  Because he has been with us for so long, we have reduced his adoption fee to $25.10 in the hopes of finding him a forever home soon.  He has been neutered.  Please consider Sebastian for your family.
